How long it takes

Ready‑to‑send pieces — leather panels, other work, jewellery, cards — leave the studio within a few working days of your order.

Made‑to‑order enamel work is made for you after you order, so I usually quote three weeks, although most orders are ready sooner than that. Not every piece is framed when it is ordered, so the timing partly depends on framing.

If you need a piece by a particular date, please ask before ordering — I can often work to a deadline.

Postage within the UK

Postage is free within the UK. Panels are sent by Parcelforce48, which is a tracked, next-working-day service once your parcel is collected. Smaller items such as jewellery and cards are sent by Royal Mail.

Everything is packed by hand: framed panels are wrapped and corner-protected, then boxed.

Sending overseas

I am very happy to send work outside the UK. The charge depends on the size and weight of your order, so please email me before you order and I will quote you.

Any import duty or tax charged by the destination country is not included in my prices and is payable by you.

Paying for made‑to‑order work

Ready‑to‑send pieces are paid for at checkout. For made‑to‑order pieces there is nothing to pay when you order: I confirm the details with you, make your piece, and send you an invoice when your work is ready to leave the studio. Payment is due when you receive your order.

Gifts

I will gift-wrap your order and include a gift card at no extra charge — just add the message you would like me to write when you order.

If something arrives damaged

Everything is packed carefully, but if your parcel arrives damaged please photograph it and email me within 3 working days of delivery. I will repair or remake the piece, or refund you in full — whichever you would prefer.
