Everything in my shop can be ordered directly through this website. Add a piece to your basket and check out — or, if you would rather talk it through first, email me at mail@janinepartington.co.uk with the item's name and size and I will reply, usually within 48 hours.

Most of my enamel panels and jewellery are made to order: I make your piece for you after you order it, so you can choose the size you would like.

Alongside those, I also list one-off pieces — leather panels, other work, and occasional enamel originals — that already exist and cannot be repeated. Those are ready to send straight away.

Ready-to-send pieces are paid for at checkout. For made-to-order pieces I invoice you when your work is ready to leave the studio, and payment is due when you receive your order.

I usually quote three weeks, although most orders are ready sooner than that. Not every piece is framed when it is ordered, so the timing partly depends on framing.

If you need a piece by a particular date, please ask before ordering — I can often work to a deadline.

Postage is free within the UK, and panels are sent by Parcelforce48. For deliveries outside the UK there is a charge, which depends on the size and weight of the order — email me and I will quote you before you commit.

Yes, and there is no extra charge for it. I will gift-wrap the piece and include a gift card, so do add the message you would like me to write on it when you order.

I do — commissions have included panels for a dining room, a rendering of the four seasons, christening pictures, memorials, and a large enamelled wall for Frenchay Hospital in Bristol.

Where a design is part of one of my collections, yes — I can make a version of it for you, though as each piece is made by hand it will never be an exact copy. One-off leather panels and other unique work cannot be repeated.

Enamelling is the art of fusing glass onto metal. I cut intricate stencils by hand, lay them onto copper, sift powdered enamel over the stencil and fire each piece in a kiln — often several times over.
